On October 8th from 12pm to 1:30pm, get ready to be purrfectly zen with cat yoga at Unity of Roanoke Valley, 3300 Green Ridge Road. Relax with our adoptable cats and yoga instructor, Rhonda Banner. There will even be a bake sale! Proceeds will benefit Angels of Assisi.
